Why Choose The Grow Antenatal Course?
Informative, inclusive, and fun!
No matter how you're planning to have your baby, and whether you're coming alone, with your partner, with a friend or family member, you'll be welcomed and supported.
The course includes the Mindful Hypnobirthing online course, combining mindfulness and hypnosis to help you prepare for your birth.
Not just the birthy bits!
We will cover all you need to know to get ready for your birth, but also all about how to prepare for your new baby and the rollercoaster of parenthood.
Tailored course content
We can spend more or less time on what you need, add in new topics, and answer your questions. Each group is unique, and so is your course.
With your WhatsApp group of parents, and phone and email support from me through your pregnancy, birth, and the early days, you'll have experience and support at your fingertips.
Find your tribe
The first year of parenting can feel a little like a baptism by fire, and having a group of parents who are going through the same stuff, at the same time, can feel like a lifesaver!
